How Do We Deliver your Item?

Our delivery process includes processing your order, confirming shipping rates, and sending you an email confirmation of your tracking number.

How We Process your Order

After finishing your transaction, you will receive a confirmation message via your registered email address. Next, your order will be processed between five working days (that is from Monday through Friday between 8 am to 5 pm EST). Once this has been done, you will receive another email within the next business day. The new e-mail will include details of the status of your order. Remember that you will be required to fill out your billing address and/or delivery address when you are placing your order.

Confirmation of Shipping Rates

Note that there's no standard charge for shipping costs. All your shipping prices are normally determined based on the number of goods on your cart. This is normally determined during checkouts. We do not regard PO Boxes as a valid address. JOYROAD Tires holds the right to alter or modify the shipping costs of all orders for remote regions in Canada. In such a situation, we will contact you to inform you of the situation of your order. After you have been contacted, it will be left to you to choose to accept any additional shipping fees where necessary, or you opt to receive full reimbursement of your purchase.

The Delivery Process

After your order has been processed, you'll receive an e-mail that contains your order's tracking number. This will let you follow the status of the delivery. If your delivery is delayed, you'll receive another email or a phone call that explains the reason for the delay and the new shipping time. Note that if your delivery is delayed, it cannot result in the cancellation of your order. All items are shipped to selected delivery addresses between 8 am to 5 pm EST from Monday through Friday. The transporter will need your signature to complete the delivery at the drop point. If you are absent during the delivery, it is still possible to request a drop off at your desired region. To do this, you will be required to specify a drop off location of your choosing upon completing your order.

If the order is dropped instead of delivered to you, you will be held responsible for the goods delivered by our transporter. If no one is present for the delivery and you did not request a drop-off, the transporter will leave a note explaining that he will come back in the next business day between 8 am to 5 pm local time. If our transporter makes two unsuccessful deliveries, your order will be returned to our distribution center at a 15% restocking fee rate alongside additional shipping and handling charges. JOYROAD Tires won't be held liable for any non-performance of its obligations to you. We will not be held liable for any damages to your order especially if it is the result of an event that's beyond our control.
