How Do We Deliver your Item?

JOYROAD Tires operates a return policy that can last as long as 30 days. If it is now more than 30 days after making your purchase, we won't offer you a refund or exchange. To become eligible for our return policy, the item you have purchased from the site must remain unused. The product must be in the same good condition that it was in when you received it. To finalize your return, JOYROAD Tires will need your receipt or proof of purchase details. Note that there are unique situations where we can grant only partial refunds. This is applicable when an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Our Refund Policy

After your item has been returned, upon receiving it we will inspect and then send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also confirm whether your refund is approved or rejected via email. If it is approved, we will process it. The next step is to credit your account via your credit card or the payment method you used from the onset.

What Happens When your Refunds are Late or Missing?

If after we have processed your refund you haven't received it, try to reach your credit card company. In such situations, it may take an extended period for your refund to be officially posted. If the situation remains the same, contact your bank because the bank usually has a processing period for posting refunds. What About Refunds on Sale Items?

We only offer refunds for regular priced goods. But sale products can't be refunded, unfortunately.

Our ExchangePolicy

Our exchange policy involves the replacement of items that have been damaged within the first 30 days after your order. If the 30 days have not elapsed, we will determine the possibility of doing an exchange. If the exchange has to be for the same item, you'll have to send us an email for further instructions.

Shipping During an Exchange

You must mail the item back to us if you want to return it or bring it in to our warehouse location. You also have to contact us for the closest address from your location if you want to return an item. You will pay for the shipping costs if you are returning an item. The shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of shipping during a return will be charged from your refund. We also apply a restocking fee for special orders and orders older than 30 days, as well as for orders that didn't get the direct approval of our team. This restocking fee is 15% of the total cost of your order.

Depending on your location, the amount of time it may take for the exchanged item to get to you can vary. If you're shipping an item that's worth over $75, use a trackable shipping service. You can also buy shipping insurance. You have to do this because we don't guarantee that we'll receive the item you have returned.
