At JOYROAD Tires our purchase policy covers any type of tires listed on our website. Our tires are all brand new shipped to our warehouses directly from the manufacturer. JOYROAD Tires does not sell used Tires. We sell only the JOYROAD brand of Tires and are the authorized sales representative form the North American Distributor for Canada.
As a client using our platform, it is your responsibility to make sure that any of the listed products you order is the right one for your automobile. While placing your order, you must ensure that you list the correct specifications including dimensions of Tires orVehicle Information. These specs must be what is listed by the manufacturer of your vehicle. You must also ensure that you have the right model when using the selection module assistance for your vehicle. That is the car on which the product will be used before completing your order.
You are also obligated to give our agent only accurate information regarding the product you want when issuing an information request and subsequently placing your order. You must verify the accuracy of any information you have given us the moment the confirmation of your order has been received. This must be done before we can ship your order. JOYROAD Tires will not be held liable for any lack of information or any error caused by the customer. In the event of such a situation, JOYROAD Tires reserves its right to turn down a request for a refund or an exchange.
After you make a purchase on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email stating the details of your purchase. We shall start processing your order as soon as we receive it. It usually takes 1 business day for your order to be ready for either pick-up at the warehouse or to be docked in line for dispatch to your designated address submitted with your order.
JOYROAD Tires makes sure that your orders are safely prepared and packaged. We make sure that the orders remain in the best condition before shipping. This can guarantee a trouble-free shipment to you. We ship the items by couriers or private delivery service providers (such as Uber,…). For this reason, you must properly inspect the packaging. Shipping is done within 2-5 business days after the submission of your order.
After the arrival of your order, youmust check the product properly to see its condition. If you find out that theproduct is defective, or it is not the correct item you ordered, please try toreach JOYROAD Tires within the next 24 to 72 hours after your order has beenreceived. This is because JOYROAD Tires will not approve your claims after 30days of your purchase. You must make sure that whatever equipment you ordercomes in the right way.
